- We returned from sun and warmth to a 10 degree rainy wednesday. Lovely.
- We flipped on the tv last night to catch Catriona Rowntree extolling the virtues of Gerringong. I think she must have been confused.

We were trying to figure out whether we were going home - or whether we were coming home today…
despite having an awesome time seeing our families and friends - we both were happy to fly back in to Christchurch today after our very quick visit to sydney.
i think we are home… at least for now

my life will be very different this time tomorrow - its become increasingly harder to contain myself and i have had to resort to filing to try and deaden this ever growing excitement… why does time go so slow when you are the most in anticipation?? Gods sense of humour i guess.

That’s right, we have a BBQ, and it is very, very, very, very exciting. Since we arrived, we have missed being able to just fire up the barbie for dinner like we would have back at fleet st. And as nice as our frying pan has been, it just doesn’t seem to do a good [...]
