It was great to have kel and dave over here for the easter break, and sad when they had to go home. But now we are counting down to two weeks of holidays.

This year for easter treats at work i tried my hand at making truffles… dark chocolate with hazelnuts and baileys, and white chocolate with pistachio nuts and coconut. All choc dipped and quite impressive if i do say so myself…
