The last soccer season finished up a few weeks ago, and with depleted numbers and a few players taking a season off, our team (The Hooligans) was sadly discontinued. I had a great time playing with the boys (Jerry, Nath, Jonno, Roger, Ric, Cam and Brad) and I will really miss it I think.

well - in all honesty - its the first of 2 long weekends in the near future. this coming monday is labour day so we get the monday off and in a few weeks time we have Show Day which is the friday off - we wont be going to the show this year though [...]

On Wednesday evening we headed of to the Canterbury Twilight Farmer’s Markets at Riccarton House. There is normally a weekend markets on but they have started running a Wednesday night market as well to see how it goes.
