End of an Era
Today is a sad day. My grandmother passed away. She was the last grandparent I had (on my side of the family).
I am sad for myself that I will never get to share Plus One with her, but more sad that Plus One will never know their Great Grandparents.
Fortunately I have been very lovingly adopted by Jordan’s grandparents, but it’s just not quite the same.
It will be hard to farewell her in a few days time, and I fear it will be harder as August gets closer.
I have my memories of Nan, and hopefully can do her justice in my stories to Plus One.
