Perambulator
We made our first trip to a baby shop last week. It was quite an experience.
To be honest, we had a bit of an idea about a lot of things, but where we spent a lot of our time was at the prams and strollers. I thought I had a handle on that as well. Turns out, not so much.
The variety of shapes, sizes, number of wheels, and crazy features was astounding. And almost none of them had all the good bits in the one place. So I consider my eyes opened, but only marginally closer to knowing what it is that we want and need.
I’ve also noticed I see prams EVERYWHERE now. I just need to make sure I don’t stare too long and creepily as they go past, to see what they are like.
I remember with no.1 baby dan would stand around with all our other first time parent dad friends and they’d be comparing pram specs like they used to talk about cars…
